Tom Delong

Vice President Food & Beverage

Since 2016, Tom Delong has been Vice President Food & Beverage for Suntex Marina Investors. In his role as Vice President of Food & Beverage he provides management support to all areas of the company for the division.

From 2002 to 2016 Tom served as Vice President/GM of Marina Jack Restaurant group. During his time at Marina Jack, was involved with acquisitions of three new businesses which resulted in significant growth of the company.

Prior to joining Marina Jack Tom was with Hyatt Corporation at four different locations over approximately an eight-year time period. He held positions at Hyatt Regency Hilton Head, Grand Hyatt Denver and Hyatt Regency New Orleans. In his final position with the company Tom served was as Food & Beverage Director at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota from 2000-2002.

Tom is a graduate of Ferris State University with a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management and Associates Degree in Food Service Management. He resides in Sarasota, Florida and is an event chair for the annual July 4th Bayfront Fireworks Spectacular and New Year’s Eve Celebration in partnership with Suncoast Charities for Children.
